Re-enrollment Process:

Our new enrollment process is simpler and can be completed directly from our website.

Re-enroll:

Re-enrollments: Students returning to NHAT from previous year without enrollment interruption.
- Individual students: 1-2 students per family
- Family enrollment: 3+ students in the family
Fees: Fees are calculated and paid upon submission.
After submission: We will process your enrollment(s) and send you a confirmation email within one (1) business day.

Curriculum:

If you need help choosing curriculum, please ask; we will be happy to assist you.
- The enrollment form requires a list of classes and curricula for each.
Online Classes: When using online classes:
- If using our online classes, we will contact you and make arranbgements for setting up the classes
- For high school students we help design a plan
We can only complete enrollment when all information is provided.

Fees:

For re-enrollments, payment is made upon submission of the enrollment form.
You will be able to make the payment upon submission of the form.

By signing below I hereby acknowledge that the information provided on this enrollment form is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. Acceptance of enrollment is conditional upon approval and receipt of all studen records. While truancy, arrest, probation, suspension, expulsion, low GPA, investigations, and other issues may not disqualify for enrollment, falsified information will nullify the enrollmen without refund and forfieture of fees paid.
