The links below provide information and the agreement form for using NHAT's online classes. 

 

The parent must fill out and submit the Parent Agreement Form and the student must do the same for the Student Agreement Form. 

 

Once they are submitted, NHAT staff will be able to complete the process of setting up your student's classes.  You will receive an email within 24-48 hours of submission that includes:

• Instructions

• Handbooks

• Class Schedule

• Usernames

• Passwords
