Our Christian-based, online classes align with Tennessee standards, as well as those of other states.  They feature daily lessons, practice problems, and periodic testing, with much of the grading done for you. This is often an ideal option for students who work well independently.

  • What the System Does:​

    • Classes for Grades 3rd - 12th (children must be reading)

    • Daily Assignments:  System sends assignments each school day

    • Grades 90% of the student's work

    • Keeps record of students' attendance, assignments, and grades

    • Provides reports for grade and activity

    • Validates students' attendance

    • Keeps the calendar for the student 

  • What the Parent Does:​

    • Oversees the students attendance​

    • Login to monitor student's attendance and progress

    • Grades remaining 10% of student's work

    • Guard password  - never saves or shares it

    • Asks for assistance if any issues arise

    • Notifies staff of schedule changes

      • Fall and Spring Breaks on your schedule​

      • Sick days or medical excuses

      • Fieldtrip Days (8 are built in)

    • Keep journal of independent-study activities

      • PE, art, music, theatre,

      • Horticulture, 4-H, volunteerism​

      • Etc.

  • What NHAT Does:

    • Create class schedule

    • Design and set up classes​

    • Adjust calendar for family scheduled breaks 

    • Oversee progress and records

    • Document grades and credits

    • Weekly oversight of online students activities

    • Inform parents when issues are discovered
